Rental Terms and Cancellation Policy

These rental terms cover payment, billing cycles, cancellations, damage and pickup for every porta potty, hand-washing station and restroom trailer rented from Julian Rental Works. Your quote and these terms together make up the rental agreement.

Payment

Event rentals are paid in full by card at booking. Long-term rentals bill the first 28-day cycle at booking and each following cycle on its start date. Commercial accounts may be invoiced by agreement.

Billing cycle and renewal

Long-term rentals renew automatically every 28 days until you call to end the rental. Billing stops on the pickup date. Event rentals cover 1 to 3 days.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancel at least 24 hours before the delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may carry a trip charge if the unit is already loaded. Rescheduling with 24 hours' notice is free.

Placement and access

You choose a level, firm spot the truck can reach within about 25 feet and keep it clear for delivery, service and pickup. If the driver cannot reach the spot, the unit is placed at the nearest safe spot. A return trip caused by blocked access may be charged.

Permits

You are responsible for any permit needed to place a unit on a public street, sidewalk or park.

Damage, loss and misuse

You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear, including fire, vandalism, graffiti, tipping caused by misuse, and loss. Do not move units yourself or put trash, chemicals or hazardous material in the tank. Repair or replacement cost is billed only if damage occurs.

Service

Long-term rentals include weekly service on a set weekday. Extra service visits are $55 each. Service runs Monday to Saturday.

Pickup

Event units are picked up on the scheduled date. Long-term units are picked up after you call. The unit must be reachable on the pickup day.

Weather

Severe weather can delay delivery, service or pickup. We will call you with the new window.
